Executive coaching

While the process of 1:1 coaching is the same regardless of who we work with, the complexity and magnitude of issues leaders face is what’s different when coaching leaders.  Well ok that thing called vulnerability can be a little trickier too. Tom’s one-on-one work with senior leaders focuses on leading by example while developing new practices that get leaders working on their business more than in their business.

Teams are constantly growing and evolving. Whether it’s a team that’s so successful they’re literally crushing it or it’s a team that has more problems than a math book, all leaders and their teams benefit from continuing to learn about themselves. What’s working. What’s not. In team coaching Tom’s focus is collaborating with leaders and teams to instill new ways of working that lead to higher levels of performance.

Let’s be honest, most of our programs focus on managers. However, we also develop custom programs for folks who lead large organizations in big companies too. For many senior leaders it’s an inside job, and that’s where our programs start – helping leaders develop new self-awareness and lead in a way that inspires excellence in others. However we also believe there is immense value in bringing leaders together to work through those unique scenarios your company is currently facing…or is about to face in the future. We’ll roll-up our sleeves to develop an experience that gets leaders applying what they’re learning to real-world challenges.

Offsites

Align your team, have some fun

We’ve all been to that offsite. You know the one where it feels like you spent an entire day talking in circles without getting anything accomplished? Yeah we’ve been to that one too. We find value in offsites that bring leaders and their teams together for focused time in a facilitated environment that gets them clear on their vision, aligned on priorities, and making decisions in areas where there’s been swirl in the past.
